Nexa Wallet is a concept for a secure, user-friendly crypto wallet with integrated Visa shopping. I led the UX and UI design from scratch, focusing on building trust, clarity, and ease of use in Web3 onboarding. At Amtrak, I worked on the redesign of their booking and travel management interface for mobile. The goal was to enhance usability for both regular and first-time travelers. I crafted a more intuitive journey planner, ticket purchasing, and trip tracking flow while adhering to strict brand and accessibility guidelines. This redesign contributed to improved app reviews and user retention.
