Sales professionals lacked a mobile-first experience that could intelligently guide them on which leads to focus on, when to engage, and how to tailor conversations. The existing tools were fragmented, slow, and not optimized for on-the-go decision-making.
Results
The implementation of Navik Sales AI led to a significant boost in sales efficiency, enabling teams to focus more on execution and less on meeting preparation. By leveraging AI-driven insights, sales leaders were able to identify optimal product assortments for different channels and retail environments. My Role
As the Senior UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for designing a seamless mobile experience from the ground up. I focused on simplifying the user journey, defining data-driven UI patterns, and enabling actionable insights through minimal interaction.
Conducted stakeholder interviews to identify user pain points

Process
Research & Analysis: Began with stakeholder interviews and sales team shadowing to understand the day-to-day pain points of field reps. This helped uncover gaps in usability, data accessibility, and AI adoption.
Defining User Flows: Mapped the end-to-end journey of a sales rep using the app during a typical workday. I prioritized scenarios like identifying top leads, preparing for meetings, and logging outcomes with minimal effort.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Created low-fidelity wireframes to explore layout ideas for lead scoring, recommendations, and alerts. Rapid iterations and feedback sessions helped align with business goals and technical feasibility.
Visual Design & Design System: Crafted a clean, lightweight mobile UI with attention to readability, tap targets, and edge-case behavior. I also developed a mini design system to ensure visual consistency and fast handoffs to developers.
Developer Handoff & Support: Worked closely with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Used Figma specs and conducted regular syncs to address any UX inconsistencies during build.
